Psychologically informed environment is all about taking into account the mental well-being of your staff and clients. It is about creating an environment where people feel safe and can easily open up whatever it is that is causing them distress. The goal is to make sure that your staff and clients are confident enough to come to you and be open about things that may be bothering them. Unlike with the usual work setting where employees are afraid of speaking up, psychologically informed environment encourages its people to speak their minds. It is their way of knowing how to provide the psychological needs of their people.
