For our online sessions, Risk & Resilience use the Zoom platform with a range of embedded add ons (such as Slido and Mentimeter) to meet learning styles. Delivery can be tailor made to suit staff’s needs and regular wellbeing breaks are used throughout to minimise screen fatigue. Our 1 day courses can be started and finished when needed. We ensure the flexibility is used to your advantage.

- Support work interventions: assessment, safety planning, support planning and engagement tools (including motivational interviewing, strengths-based approaches and other relationship building tools)
- Substance Use: an introduction to drug and alcohol addiction & how to respond
- Emerging drug trends/new psychoactive substances: Including 'spice' use (synthetic cannabinoid receptor agonists), fentanyl, nitazenes, nitrous oxide, ketamine, psychedelics, illicit benzodiazepines and more
- Psychologically Informed Environments
- Wellbeing and self-compassion: how to gain it and how to sustain it
- Neurodiversity: working with people on the Autistic Spectrum and other neurodiverse areas
- Hidden Harm - parental drug and/or alcohol use: exploring the impact on YP and exploring effective responses and support
- Managing challenging and unpredictable behaviour (including lone working)
- Reflective practice (including clinical supervision and group formulations)
- Mental health awareness & mental health first-aid
